Her role as Jenny Griffith was featured in the legal thriller Suits. The series revolved around Harvey Specter a lawyer and his associate Mike dealing with legal issues. The show received praise from critics and won multiple awards. Other works by her include Blue Bloods, a police drama. Most reviews were positive. Ray was in a variety of films including Not Waving But Drowning, an action drama, in which she was the lead character and The Rumperbutts, a musical comedy in which she played various parts.
